A prebooking is held with a token of Rs 199 (AED 19 or USD 5 outside India). The token is adjusted in full against the price of your bottle when the collection is released. You may cancel a prebooking at any time before dispatch by emailing us, and the token is refunded in full - it is not a booking fee and nothing further is owed by either side.
A paid order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return terms below apply.
Unopened bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The bottle must be unused, with its seal and outer carton intact.
Opened fragrance cannot be returned. This is a hygiene and safety requirement that applies to all cosmetics, and it is why we offer the Discovery Ritual - four 9 ml bottles for Rs 649 - so you can try all four scents on skin before committing to a full bottle.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund it in full, including any shipping cost, with no return shipment required from you.
Email hello@amavas.beauty with your order number and reason. We arrange the pickup - you do not need to find a courier yourself.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 2 to 3 days to display the credit. We will confirm by email the moment the refund is issued.
