We currently ship across India only. International shipping to the United States and the United Arab Emirates is planned but not yet available.
Shipping within India is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation and typically deliver in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Alcohol-based perfume is classified as a flammable liquid (UN1266, Class 3) and cannot legally travel by air within India. All AMAVAS orders therefore move by surface transport. This is a regulatory requirement, not a service choice, and it is why we quote 3 to 7 days rather than next-day delivery.
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of your order confirmation, write to us.
We are not able to control delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier disruption, but we will always tell you what is happening and where your order is. If a shipment is returned to us undelivered after three attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a full refund.
If your bottle arrives damaged, email us photographs of the parcel and the bottle within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, at your choice, at no cost to you.
